I have a Google Sheets linked to my Glide App and I just wanted to know if I could delete certain tabs linked in my Google Sheet because some of the tabs contains huge amounts of data that are not needed in the app.

The easiest thing to do is move the sheets to some other Google Spreadsheet, and then re-sync with Glide.
If you don’t want to do that, then you can make sure that nothing in your App is referencing the extra sheets. The best way to do that is to go through each column in each sheet one by one, checking using the Find All Uses feature, and removing anything you find. Once you do that, Glide will no longer count any rows in those sheets (although you will still see them in the data editor).
