Deeplink for salespeople

I have created a form of for potential customers to fill in to express interest. I have a number of sales people.

In the form I have a field/column (createdBy) which normally is filled in special value = “App’s user email” as normally the sales people will be filling this in.

How can I created a form that sales people can send out to potential customers or advertise on social media but the leads are tracked to the sales person ?

Recently, I had to implement an affiliate link referral system. The trick was to use the “Get part of URL…” computed column to grab the referral code from the affiliate link. Then, we can save that code into a User Specific column and assign the referral to the corresponding affiliate.
