Is there a way to change the date formatting so instead of receiving the date in format of mm/dd/yyyy they will appear as dd/mm/yyyy and will also sent this way to the sheet?

Yes — you can do this by using a Template or Format Date column in Glide to convert the date into text with the format DD/MM/YYYY. This ensures it displays correctly in the app and sends to your sheet in the same format.
