While putting a support request, the problem solved itself… Odd, but glad it did!

this is the reason I unsubscribe my pro plan ,no solution until now for disappearing record.
Can you clarify more about your problem? Do you use a Google Sheet and the sync doesn’t work as it should?
It is a known bug and seen a couple of same posted issue.
Issue: Whenever a new entry is save, the entire data somehow disappear for sometime. And for some magical reason it will appear again maybe after 5-10 mins later on.
I can only assume it is because im using gsheet.
Im using Googlesheet as database.
