Data entered into app shows up in Glide but not on Google Sheet

Ok, so here’s something new. I enter a field that’s not in a form and it shows up as entered in Glide Data. But when you look at Google Sheet no Data exists. Heres some screenshots.

It’s a Pro app, and the delay was miniscule at best, maybe 20 seconds. This is over 10 minutes now with refreshing both the sheets and the app. Heres my row count

Sorry, I do not understand what the issue is. Is it the Phone Number field?

The phone number field as well as the mileage field not showing up in sheets after entered in glide.

They go inglide and glide shows it posts but it never posts.
