Custom Domain + Customer Support

Hello everyone!

Hope you are all doing well! I’ve been trying to contact Glide for days now because my custom domain has not been activated yet.

I carefully followed all the directions they provide and even got in touch with Namecheap to double check if everything is good on their end, which they say it is.

I have to say that it’s frustrating not being able to speak with anyone from Glide. I on the maker plan—not the enterprise—so I understand a slow response mode, but no response at all is a little too much!

Does anyone know what I should do? Is there a way of talking to the Glide Team?

Could you share some screenshots of the setup in Glide and the setup in Namecheap? I’m not familiar with Namecheap but probably someone around here is. Here is my setup in Squarespace which works well.

To talk to the Team I think you want to use the chat/message Icon in bottom right of builder.

Thanks for the assist, @Eric_Penn. This was resolved in less than 24 hours and custom domains are working fine.

it was very frustrating to reach Glide’s support team in the beginning, but once they got involved, they solved the issue fairly quickly.
