CSS Messing Editor Page Can't Delete

I use to have the business plan and decided to not use that plan anymore.

In the editor all the existing CSS is there but I cannot open/edit/delete it all and the CSS that was there is altering the editor.

I need support for someone that can access the CSS of my page and delete all the CSS there so it stops messing up the editor section.

So are you on the free plan now? Or still on a paid plan but can’t see the CSS section?

I am on a Legacy plan with no CSS. I have no way to delete the CSS however.
