Does one of the admins of the team have access to his Glide account? In other words: your colleague has access to their Glide account, and are they admin of the team? If so, they can add other members and they could add you by using another of your email addresses. This would be far from ideal, but a step to give you access to the apps.
Other suggestion: double and triple check that there is no typo in your email address when your colleague invites your as an admin. Be careful with small L and capital i (l and I). Copy-pasting might be safe.
Other suggestion: whenever a colleague helps you, make sure it’s on a separate machines or log out of Glide accounts before clicking on magic links found in emails.
