Critical issue with storing data in our application

Here is an additional deep‑link that points to the live version of our app:

We currently don’t have admin access to the Builder, so we cannot retrieve the Team ID or App ID.

Description:

  • The issue occurs as follows: once the daily time entries are entered and the app is closed, they are not saved, resulting in the loss of the entire history from previous days. This issue occurs since January 15th.

You should use the chat with support popup on the bottom right of the builder.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the builder anymore.

One of the people who used to manage the platform has left the company before giving the access to the platform and the other one has recently passed away.

Is there any way to retrieve the access to the builder?
