This problem has resurfaced again and the previous kind and effective solutions no longer solve the problem…

It’s very frustrating to be continuing to pay a subscription but have the building and updating of the app stymied!

Any advice would be extremely welcome. There are some quite important updates that I need to make and they just won’t save…

Try clearing your browser cache.

Noticed your thread from April where you had better luck after switching to a different internet connection? Any luck with doing that again? Is your app unusually large? Have you contacted Glide Support?

Hello Jeff, I’ve tried everything that sorted it out before with no joy.

I don’t think it’s especially large. It’s got 2400 rows and file storage is

334.2MB / 6GB

I’m feeling a bit silly but I thought that this community was Glide Support. Is there an official channel? :slightly_smiling_face:

This community is mostly a community of fellow users like you. Glide staff is in here on occasion and a few of us can escalate if necessary, but it’s mostly fellow users.

To officially contact support, you can use the intercom chat button in the bottom right corner of the builder.
