"Could not load network resources" - suggested solutions not working

I’m a relatively new user on the free tier. my app has been working for a week but in the past few hours I’ve been getting “Could not load network resources” and my app is not reachable on multiple devices and browsers, even after clearing Glide related browsing data, as I’ve seen suggested.
I made this app for my partner to manage her work and she’s already using it and this is really stressing me out.
Can’t contact support as I’m not a paying subscriber… any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

hi @El_Sol . This usually happens when the network you’re connected to is unstable. Did you try running an internet speed test?

Thanks for the reply. This actually happened on multiple WiFi networks as well as cell 5G which were all otherwise stable.
Now I flat out get a “Server not found” error…
The app and its data still all there in the builder.

There is an ongoing Major Incident out you can try again after checking Glide status page when its repaired:

thanks for this information @Myles_Chaput

Oh!
Knowing this isn’t isolated is actually calming.
Will keep an eye out on the status page.
Thanks!

Makes we wonder what happened here:

We have confirmed that the glide.page domain has been suspended due to content that violates the Glide Terms of Service.
We are attempting to contact our partners at Squarespace in order to restore our domain.

My app is on a glide.page domain and I never experienced any glitch, nor did any of my users report an issue, and they are active users in the app all day at work. I could still login to the builder as normal, from the development side, and users could log in on the app side

Sounds very fishy… I suppose a Glide user was doing something they shouldn’t have been doing?

Is your app still usable at the moment?

All my apps are operating as normal and never had any issues through the incident.

Well, they’re back now. So no stress was necessary…
The status page is a helpful thing to check. I was not familiar with that.
Thanks all for the input!
