Check in your sheet if the “CEO” cell contains any blank spaces, same for the condition you set.

I faced this sometimes when working with clients, they were not aware they have an extra blank space or a “new line” character in the cell.

Yes, it’s funny because I know loud and clear that it has to be an EXACT match, but then sometimes our finger clicks a space without thinking about it! Which is why better to cut and paste.
