Columns do not get added through Form for the first time

Hi,

I have noticed when we are submitting a form for the FIRST TIME, then the column values are not added to the row.

Is there any particular reason for that?

I have been seeing it for a while. That’s why I tell my clients not to delete the first row of the app before they add their own data. Realized now that it needs to be solved.
