Custom Add Row action enters data twice

For some reason my app adds two entries every time I submit a form.

Form pops up from a floating button and my data is from GSheets.

Any insight on this, I would really appreciate it.

In your action (you can edit it), no need to have the “Add row” step. You are (probably) using a standard form button/screen, these will add rows automatically.

To clarify, I do not need to state “add row” on submit on a form, it automatically does adds it?

If you are in a form screen you don’t need the Add Row action. The form automatically do that for you! The Add row action is used in custom forms.
