Choice text entry changing the title and data

say I pick 7t0 from choice component, the text entries I have becomes 7t0 ,title becomes 7t0 and main data in g sheet becomes that too.

I copied the front end to different inline lists and did it in details view of inline list

now I did this in a form screen, data, title didn’t change but still changing in text entries.

what do I do?

rephrase the question… very hard to understand your goal…
shot in the dark… you pick wrong column to save data
