But when entering this code on the Chat page, a message appears “incorrect pin code”

So you mean that you’re using the native “Chat” tab by Glide, then you try to sign in to send a chat message but the pin code is not correct?
Did you request multiple times in a short span, and can you reproduce that in a video now?
