Cannot find "Starter Plan" on pricing

Hello everyone !

I just bought a template (Travel AI Explorer) and a part of this template is only available on “Starter Plan” but I cannot see the starter plan in the pricing tab.
Maybe it’s not available anymore what I can understand but how am I supposed to unlock the part of my template now ?

The Starter Plan is a Legacy Plan that is no longer available.

Do you know which specific feature needs to be unlocked?
We may be able to advise which plan is required.
Also, what is the purpose of your App and how will it be used?
The current plans are tailored to two very different use cases.

  1. Yes. The feature is just about display “notes” in travel article.

    At this play should be a note like “This play was very nice because …”

  2. I would like to use this template to offer tailored travels to my customers.
    Choose one country then one activity and then I show you the different options.

I would like to use it as a MVP and do some tests with first users and partners.

hmm, it’s hard to say based on that, but I’m guessing it might be using one of the AI features.

I think my advice would be to start with a Maker Plan. But you should familiarise yourself with that plan before upgrading, particularly the restriction on personal users only.

Darren,

From what I see, it may be using AI as it is only “descriptive” but I would like to write notes myself.
In the “Data Tab”, it’s just a text column. It seems that it’s just locked and not showed in app.

Maker plan is the less expensive but still 49$ to display notes aha.

That’s the Data Editor. Thinh was looking for a screen shot from the Layout Editor so we could see what type of component is being used.

But I agree with him, it looks like a Web Embed, which is only available on paid plans.
That seems overkill to just display some notes. You could probably just replace it with a regular Text or Rich Text component.

I mean on the left-hand side of the editor, what do you see in the place of that component?

I’m guessing something to do with that Print/PDF button. I don’t know what it has to do with Notes, but maybe it’s showing them in a web embed to be printed or PDF’d.

To bypass, I can delete the web embed component and replace it by creating a new one and create note inside.
It’s like the current column note was not link to a component.
