Cannot figure out how to contact support - am on maker plan

A little confused folks - I can see that I can can get a support link but according to the website there should be a chat button at bottom of my app list screen. I can’t see anything?

If you look at your account settings in Glide, have you opted out of cookies and tracking?

Do you see this in your builder environment?

@ThinhDinh figured it out thanks to @Jeff_Hager - I had inadverently disabled cookies!
