When I get a user request I hit the link to accept it and I jump to the screen which is blank apart from the glide animation… the request comes into the data screen.

How to replicate
Can you record it in a video? I would reach out to support using the bottom right icon in your builder if you can reproduce it.
It’s this thing.
It’s odd that even after you delete a user, testing the request access feature, the user can still request a pin even though their user account has been deleted.
Then’s this lag between a user request being sent and activated, and the user getting stuck in a request loop, whereby the PIN code is not sent just user request is sent. Then you get this ‘forbidden’ message, which ain’t nice to see.
And you have to refresh the data page to see the user request.
Don’t see the support link.
What plan are you on? Do you not have that icon on the bottom right in any of your apps at all?

I also updated my plan to move to the full make plan and it’s still not showing.

Not sure what more to do here since I checked a Maker team I have and the button is there for me.
I’m curious if you still do not see the chat button. I learned something new today.
Do you have this setting turned on by any chance in your account settings?
As have I… It was checked, not exactly sure why I did have it on… must have been done a while ago and never gave it a second thought.
