This may or may not work, but give it a try:
- Sign Out of Glide
- Delete any Glide related cookies from your browser
- Sign back in
Alternatively, try accessing your Glide Dashboard via an incognito browser window

Support links are only for Glide support staff to view and can only be opened by Glide support.
