Calendar Collection Display Question

I feel like my first question is stupid, but I can’t figure it out. I have a collection displayed as a calendar, and in the Glide help docs, it says to choose how I want the calendar to display and style the top or title of the calendar and choose either simple or bold. So I tried choosing one and then the other to see what the difference was, and I don’t see any difference in how it displays. What am I formatting by choosing either simple or bold?

Slightly less stupid question, the calendar is displaying a custom schedule based on the signed in user and if they have favorited a conference session. However, I am also displaying the volunteer schedule for those who have volunteered to help with certain things. I already have everything sorted out as far as only displaying this information to people who meet a certain user criteria and so that it is showing them data based on their sign in email. My question is, is there a way to customize the colors on the calendar? Ideally, I want it to display to the user one color if they favorited a session and a different color if they signed up to volunteer to help.

Hopefully, that makes sense!

Simple vs Bold Text: It seems Glide doesn’t apply a noticeable CSS difference between “Simple” and “Bold” text styles in the calendar, which is why you’re not seeing a change.
Custom Calendar Colors: Your request is a custom feature, and you’d need to use custom CSS to achieve it. Please check the following thread, which might help you.
