We received this yesterday, no fix for the moment but they are working on it.

I want to assure you that our engineering team is actively investigating the underlying issue with the multi-step actions, particularly with regard to multiple emails being sent in one action. While we don’t have an estimated timeline for when this issue will be fully resolved, please know that it is being actively looked into.

In the meantime, I’m glad to hear that the workaround has been helpful for you in ensuring that the workflow is not interrupted. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on any developments or fixes regarding this matter.

On our side we started using the gmail integration instead of the basic send email, if you have a pro plan it’s a short term solution while waiting for a fix.

Confirming this is a known bug and we’re working on it.

In the meantime: try changing the action order so that “send email” is the last step in the sequence. That way, all the other actions should complete first.

We believe we released a fix for this yesterday. Could please someone confirm that everything is working fine now? Sorry for the disruption! :pray:

I just did a quick test, and it appears to be working.

Send Email action isn’t logged (should it be?), but all actions in the sequence ran.
