Unfortunately, I’m using the CLASSIC APP. After completing the development with one of Glide’s experts, they suddenly announced NEW APPS and gradually stopped supporting CLASSIC. I invested a lot of time and money in development, and since some components (like the STOPWATCH) were not transferred to the new platform, I had to continue working with CLASSIC APPS and not switch to the new platform. Currently, there are about 50 users of my app, and the vast majority of them are complaining. The app is very slow, taking about 40 seconds to load, and once it’s loaded, there are strange and completely random bugs. The STOPWATCH doesn’t respond, buttons suddenly disappear, a white screen appears, or the screens randomly ‘jump back,’ and the user has to re-answer questions.
Right now, the system is synced with Google Sheets, and there are around 6,000 rows of data (every few months I transfer the rows to another sheet and reset the current one). The only thing that seems to fix these issues is to completely close the app from the device’s memory (from RECENT APPS) and restart it, hoping that this time it will work smoothly. In most cases, that seems to resolve the issues temporarily.
Is there a solution?
BTW, I looked for the ticket-support but could not find it.
