Blood pressure and pulse log reporting

I have a question.
If I need to export data to a report: (table format)
Report 1:
Date Systlic BP / Diastolic BP
7/20/20 140/80
7/22/20 190/80 (High systolic BP)

Report 2:
Date Pulse (alert)
7/19/20 89
7/21/20 110 (Rapid pulse)

What is the best way to do that? I guess Zapier can be used!

What type of file do you want to be exported? Would it be a PDF or something?

I like using zapier to create a google doc from a template. sheet column data can be inserted into merge tags in the document template
