Hi all,
My app is inaccessible at the moment (my fault). I activated radar and it populated all rows of a 4500 table. Needless to say my updates ran out.
The email from support says to allow up to 7 days for a response. This seems very long for my app to be unusable.
Anyone have anecdotal reports of actual response time from billing, so I can set expectations for my users?
