Application is outdated

My bill is paid and my app is all messed up, it’s out of date!
It looks like the app came out of the starter plan, but I haven’t changed a thing!

Please help me solve this as soon as I’m losing clients and it’s giving me a headache at work.
The app was a mess.

Your payment method on file has failed 10 times. We’re looking into it, though!
