Avoid pin

Hi,

Can we avoid this pin email, cause people have to copy the pin and past… it’s an huge friction and in my case a no go… i am using this to do lead generation, but to give the access to people to.

Could you send a url link instead of a pin to avoid the lost of users?

What settings are you using? If you’re using Public with Email, you can allow signing in by Google to avoid the pin.

Just in case you were talking about using public with email without a pin and without signing in through Google…

PIN request

First of all, a public app should never be asking for an email unless a user explicitly clicked on the sign in button in the menu. Second, it is normal behavior for any sign in, whether it’s the sign in button on a public app or a sign in on an app that’s set to public with email or whitelist, to require a pin. If you don’t want to deal with a pin, you can use @ThinhDinh’s suggestion or switch your app to public or password. The only this is you will lose some features that require an authenticated signed in user.
