App was opened in another tab

I’ve received a message that the app was opened in another tab and I need to refresh it, but the app wasn’t opened somewhere else … does it have to do with an update from Glide or something like that or why did I received that message ?

When I clicked on the message it brought me back to the dashboard.

It happens from time to time. Glide gets confused.
I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts happening a lot.
