App opens to blank screen and does not load

Yes, I can load on browser but. on the app is long time to wait.

Same here. I am on Spain Using Android. Almost 24k rows. Used to be an org app. Since Tuesday

We experience this on Android devices as well, while the iPhones i tested so far seems to work fine. Did you try an iPhone?

@david my app users are experiencing this too. The app itself is taking a long time to load. Opening in a browser works for some. I’m seeing a trend in Fire tablets and Android users. Also, safari on older iPads (all with ios above 12.4). I’m suggesting my normal troubleshooting steps to them. It’s something device specific (probably need to update their software or something), but just let you know!

For my case, I confirm that the problem persists since last Sunday (August 30). When I open the application: sometimes the screen is white, sometimes the screen only shows the buttons at the bottom and the title at the top. My app has become inoperable. I’ve been able to open it three times by luck since last Sunday. In creation mode, no worries. (iphone se, iphone 8, ipad, France)

@MegannLock can you please email us and CC someone with a device who will join a call to test? Preferably one of the older iOS devices, so we can hook it to a Mac and debug.

Tested android, works fine. Works on my desktop. Today tested chrome and safari on my iphone 7, still doesn’t work (just loading forever - 4th day). New thing: when logging in with google, it brings me back to the google button like 5 times, then goes in (still doesn’t load).

I confirm, it’s not working too with all iPhone 7 on my enterprise. So before it’s working (since march 2020).

So, I have created the app for my enterprise and lot user using iPhone 7. We are now whitout app and information last yesterday… It’s now realy problem for us.

FYI : on Desktop and iphone XSMAX It’s working

@Errcomp Your app has over 70000 rows of data. That’s way beyond what Glide supports at the moment.

Cannot log in my app, the pin fails (idem for one of my tester)

Same Issue here in BRAZIL with Iphones … Android and Browser are ok.

The issue is stuck in a blank screen.

I have had the same problem. Aprox 23k rows
Have reduced to 13k rows and working again ok.
Perhaps is related to the number of rows. I had also some Importrange functions.
Probably…or sure it is a nonsense …but is like ram per app is reduced. Or like speed for some countries is reduced. Since Tuesday.
