Description
Hey everyone, I noticed a problem with my app’s user access:

  • The maximum users allowed should be 10, but right now my app only supports 9 users.
  • Also, new users can no longer join the app.

I’m trying to figure out why this is happening and how to fix it. Thanks for your patience while I work on this!

For the app that I highlighted here is 9 itself. Deleted and transfered apps is 6 total 11/10 how??

Well, that explains why you are over the limit.
I assume that you have had other Apps in the team that have since been deleted or transferred out of the team.

Any users that had previously logged into any of those Apps will still be counted until your usage period resets.

But that app had removed before this month

Which plan are you on?
Assuming a free plan, then it works on a 30 day rolling period.
