I created an application with the free plan that only 3 accounts can access, and for any other referral, a message appears: You have exceeded the monthly maximum limit, while the free plan allows 10 two users.

You must be on the Legacy Free Plan.

If you are using Glide Tables, then create a new team and transfer your app there to get into the New Free Plan.
