This is an emergency-level post. I opened a support ticket almost two hours ago, and haven’t received a reply yet, so trying here.
All of my users are locked out of all of my apps. The settings are all correct, but nobody can use the apps. We rely on these apps day in and day out, so this is a terrible situation.
Ugh. I’m glad it’s there as an option, but my guys HATE using this. I was stoked when I first found Glide because I could finally tell them they don’t need to.
It’s not an integration. There is a Twilio integration to send SMS pins but that’s unrelated. It should be in your app settings. When enabled, it should be asking for a pin on the sign in screen after the user provides their email. There is no integration that needs to be added for this built-in email pin functionality. It’s something that’s always been a part of Glide.
