ALL USERS locked out of ALL APPS! ⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠

This is an emergency-level post. I opened a support ticket almost two hours ago, and haven’t received a reply yet, so trying here.

All of my users are locked out of all of my apps. The settings are all correct, but nobody can use the apps. We rely on these apps day in and day out, so this is a terrible situation.

Someone please help!

I’m having the same issue with our app. It is configured for “sign in with Google”, just like in @Kellar’s video.

We are having the same issue as of about 2 hours ago.

Support is looking into this right now for everyone. Will update when I know something!

While we work to resolve this, you can quickly fix this for your users by adding the PIN option to sign in.

Ugh. I’m glad it’s there as an option, but my guys HATE using this. I was stoked when I first found Glide because I could finally tell them they don’t need to.

This issue has been resolved. You no longer need a pin workaround.

I have enabled the feature that would allow me to email my users a Pin but can’t find that integration in the app…where should I be looking?

It’s not an integration. There is a Twilio integration to send SMS pins but that’s unrelated. It should be in your app settings. When enabled, it should be asking for a pin on the sign in screen after the user provides their email. There is no integration that needs to be added for this built-in email pin functionality. It’s something that’s always been a part of Glide.
