Hi there i have a subscription and on one of my apps i see i have access to agent but on my other project its not available if there a way to have this function activated? would be so useful as a new user.
can anyone help me on this subject?

For now, the Agent is automatically added only to new customer teams. If you’d like access on an existing team, please contact support through the chat tool in the Builder, and we’ll enable it for you.
