Please help ! I bought an Explorer plan to get unlimited access to AI Agent to create applications but there is not even a tab for access! Is it necessary to request a refund or can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
Where did you see that the Explorer plan was a requirement to use this feature?
Have you seen the announcement and documentation? It does mention that it’s in beta and for new accounts only.
I am a new user of the Glide platform. I saw a friend of mine create an account where he was able to use Agent to create an app, but he ended up having to purchase a subscription plan for unlimited requests. I am currently looking for such a platform and I thought that purchasing a subscription would be the perfect solution for me, but after signing up for an account (2 days ago, which was after my friend had signed up) and purchasing the plan - I found that there was no way to even test it for free.
Is it easier for me to do a refund and create a new account ???
Ok, I do see mention in the documentation about gaining unlimited prompts with a paid plan, but it also suggests that the button should be available on free plans as well with up to 10 prompts included.
I will mention it to Glide and get back to you.
Is your forum email the same as the email you used to create your glide account?
