Adding GIF or Image to whatsapp messages as OPEN LINK, is that possible?

Hello, I am sending my users whatsapp messages from my glide app with click of a button,
Meaning I am clicking a button from my admin panel, the action is: OPEN LINK, the link is for whatsapp with user’s number and tamplet.

I would like to add Image or GIF to the message but it only adds the link.

How is it possible to add the image as an image?

I believe that is only possible when using an API call.
