Why I can’t add a new project? 
Like it says on the New Project button…you need to create new apps in a team folder. The My Apps folder will eventually be phased out.

Oh, so nobody can create apps on “My Apps”?

But should we move all the apps from My Apps to a team folder? Are they going to be deleted or disabled one day?
I would wait until Glide officially announces how to proceed. I’m guessing that will be sooner rather than later. I highly doubt they would disable or delete apps without notice. I wouldn’t worry about it for the time being.
