Hi I can’t create new project in glide apps? Please check the photo, what should i do?
On the left hand side of the screen, you can create a “Team” and then you’ll be able to create within that new team.
The “My Apps” section is old and I believe all apps now need to be made inside a Team folder.

I can not use my reference earnings (Additional Rows) in teams 
That is correct. That’s an old feature that probably is being deprecated now.
