Action not working

Why is the action working when I am editing it but when I look at the published version it doesn’t work?

So here you can see that when I clicked the image a green check mark will open right

But then when I view it the like published one it doesn’t work, the green check mark is not there. Basically, it just works when I’m, editing it…

Can you please show the configuration of the Inline List, including the configuration of the associated action. If you want help debugging it, then you need to show me how it is configured.
