Why in the calendar component in agenda mode, does the start date appear as if it were in PM format and the end date appear in 24h format? An event that should start at 14h and end at 15h appears to start at 2am and end at 15h.

I have the same problem. When my device is set to 12h it appears correctly like yours but once I set it to 24h (which I need) it only shows the end time in 24h format. I tried so many options but it stays the same. My start time is set in a different page where I can write to the columns. End time is just the start time + 2h unless another time is typed in. No idea where this is coming from.
If you can reproduce that reliably, I would suggest submitting a support ticket through the bottom right icon in your builder environment.
