1 google Sheet and 2 apps, what counts a sync?

Hi Community, we have made 2 apps connected to one google sheet. Now when new changes are made will the sync count as 1 or 2? As they both are using the sheet ?

Are both apps in the same team? Syncs are counted per team, so it would be counted as 1 sync if both apps are in the same team. If both apps are in separate teams then that would count as a 1 sync each for both teams.
