Hi Everyone, without there many any data activity in the apps or sheet update glide is counting anonymous syncs can someone help me understand the issue

Did you enable the Extra Sync Mode feature on your APP?
If you write to your GS externally (via Zapier, Make, script or API), every write will count as one update when Glide receives a notification from your GS to update its data in APP.
Yes We have custom functions, but they only run when a action happens in glide, like checkin and checkout at venue, payment link generation thats it

Is your google sheet open in another tab? Do you leave it open?
No Never, we hardly open the sheet in a month
How many apps do you have in that team?
And how many total Google sheets are attached to all of the apps?
Do any of the app connect to the same sheet or are they all connected to different sheets?

Ans: We have 5 Apps

Ans: Total 3 Google Sheets
Do any of the apps connect to the same sheet or are they all connected to different sheets?
Ans: 3 Apps connect with the same sheet, rest 2 connect with different sheet
