Hi there. I added a video feature to my app using the video component and when I download my app on my phone, the video is cut off. Any idea why this is happening?

Is there any other platform users could use to upload their video and have it display correctly on the phone?
I have found that although the photo thumbnail does not display correctly, the video itself does. My workaround is to save the thumbnails with white space on the side (I use Canva) and use that image - once they click the video it goes to the details page with more info and a place to play it. So my inline video list looks something like this:

Thanks @kabookie I will try that. Looks like I’ll have to do this for all clients that use that function until glide makes the fix.
