Why is this not filtering...?

I have a list of user specific courses. I would like to filter them out based on the MATCH of The Course Name compared to a multiple look-up column.

EDIT: I stand corrected, this does not work for email addresses like I thought. But, still perplexed why it doesn’t work. @Mark?

Holy cow! I figured it out…not exactly an inverse relation but it got the job done! [WAMS_Lunch_App_·Glide·_Create_Apps_from_Google_Sheets]

I feel like this is something that Glide should offer—it’s a bit misleading since the components are available to select, but no filtering occurs. Maybe @Mark can clarify.
