Where is the "Open a Support Case" button?

I was asked to use the ? button to open a case and directed to this page.

However, I can’t see the “Open a Support Case” button.

Please help. Thanks!

Which team plan are you on?
That button will only appear if your team is on a paid plan that is entitled to direct Glide support.

My issue is, the send email component.
