You will need the monthly plan along with the API add on.
The monthly plan is 800 Rs./month I think (USD 11)
The API access is 10000 Rs. One time (USD 150)
I am not sure if they accept international payment modes. Will be happy to help out if they don’t accept.

Hi there, does anyone know of a method of payment that it available from the UK? I’ve been trying to find a virtual Indian based Credit Card that can be funded by a UK payment method with no luck.

I tried to test your app for sending WA message, but it was not sent unfortunately.

Could it be because the russian number blocked by API provider?
not because of the russian number, but because whatsapp api has a trial time of 3 days
you can do the test with your own whatsapp number.
follow the steps above after you create a whatsapp api account, you will have a trial time of 3 days after that you have to subscribe and Manan can help to make the subscription.

For example, for sending notifications about customer request - to a few shops, which provides what the customer ask.
I think you can, you just need to set the message destination for certain categories.

for example if you send a notification to 20 whatsapp numbers it will create 20 rows
*if you use google sheet as a data base, for http requests I have never tried it
