I have an app that uses a webhook, and I was trying to configure it. Now it states Webhooks can’t be used unless an upgrade is completed?
@NoCodeAndy Can you clarify this? Thank you.
If I remember correctly, Webhooks were moved to paid plans starting from Jan 15th. “Existing instances of this legacy action will continue to work for users who have set it up, but new instances cannot be created.”
What she said
I’m not positive, but I think they also moved from “communications” to the “integrations” section. Took me a while to find it the other day and I thought I was going mad.
Yea it’s only available now through a paid subscription, unless you used it prior to the cut off date in January.
Question is if I subscribe for a month and use it, and then no longer need the subscription after the Webhook is integrated, will the Webhook still remain in the app?
If I subscribe for a month and to build the app, using the Webhook and no longer need a subscription afterward - will the Webhook be removed?
I would think that will no longer work, otherwise it doesn’t make sense.
This was because those were legacy apps that were grandfathered, while your case is a new app, with the new integration, stop using a plan that has access to that integration.
