the problem is in videos from Vimeo they doesn’t appear to all our customers… I added as a video then try to added as an embeded code and still disappearing videos to some ppl!
If Vimeo videos are indeed restricted in my country, have you tried using a VPN?

This is an example of a Vimeo video syntax https://player.vimeo.com/video/460985090 that works with the video component if I use a VPN. Try checking the restrictions on the video settings or the device, or try accessing it directly in the browser to confirm.
The videos works on mobile screen …on desktop doesnt appear at all for some customers!

Can you provide your customer data for further investigation? Or do you use another video to rule out other possible issues on vimeo’s side?

You should know that your video is not unplayable on all devices, but only for certain individuals. This suggests that there may be individual settings on each user’s device or where the video is hosted, rather than an issue with the Glide app.
For example, on YouTube, there might be age restrictions in place. I’m just giving an example, as I haven’t used Vimeo myself.
One way to test this is to use the device of the user experiencing the issue. Provide the Vimeo video URL directly to be opened in a browser (without going through your app) and make sure the video is free from any restrictions.
