There is a problem when I play a video in samsung galaxy s21. The video does not play or as if the video component crashes. I have tried on other platform it works without any problems.
Is the video on YouTube, Vimeo or you uploaded it to Glide? Can you record a video of the problem and submit it to the support team?
unfortunately, I cannot record the video now but yes I have uploaded it to vimeo.
I’ve had other issues before with Galaxy 21… best to submit a ticket with Glide so they can inspect:
