We have an app which was in Public mode, with a login. Initial users managed to log in without issue, but then at some point (At 2:40 PM SG time on July 1st), suddenly no new users could log in to our app for about 15 min (at least 4 people couldn’t login). We were on a Business Plan. The users were getting this message: ”This email address does not have access to this application. Please try another”. Since our business is a game, this created a very bad experience for the players. What could have happened? How can we prevent it from happening again?
It could have been a downtime. Make sure to verify if it happens again.
Have you hit the 30 users limit for the business plan? I assume you turned on unlimited usage for that team?
