User Ability to Delete

I see in the videos and guides that there is a section to allow the user to delete. I don’t want to user to be able to delete a piece of the record, but I do want to give the user the ability to delete the record. For example, they can add a transaction and edit the transaction, but I can’t give them the ability to delete the added transaction. Is there a greater setting I need to have set? I am using Google Sheets and wonder if there is a greater lockdown in the sheet preventing this.

When you are on the edit screen, there is an option to allow deleting that has to be enabled.

There is also a Delete Row action that you can apply to anything, such as buttons or lists, to delete a row.

I hope the image works! I would like a delete button at the bottom for this. All I seem to see is the edit option.
